Tom Hunt Residential Designs has drawn thousands of custom home plans over the past 40 years. We are currently in the process of updating our online database.
In the meantime, email us at jeb@tomhuntdesigns.com with the specifics of the plan types you are looking for and we will search through our previous plans and email examples.
It is helpful to include the following information, if you know it:
- Approximate Square footage range (living area/heated and cooled)
- Max Square footage under roof (including garages and porches)
- Size of Garage (No garage, 1 car, 2 car, 3 car)
- Number of Bedrooms
- Number of Bathrooms
- Number of Stories
- Type of foundation: slab, off grade, piling house
- Elevation Style (Craftsman, Modern, etc)
- Size of buildable area on lot (send us a survey of the lot if you have one)
- County you are building in
- Is your lot in a subdivision with an Home Owners Association with architectural specifications? If so, let us know that.
- Any other items of note (examples: rear entry garage, want living room and family room, want small study…)
