This plan was designed as a mother-in-law suite/ADU and pool house that could later be turned into a garage if need. With a large storage/workshop space with kitchenette, that space could serve a variety of functions. This is also the space that could be later used as the main garage area with a continuous header for future garage door shown on the plans. The design also features one bedroom and one bathroom and is a little less than 1000 square feet.
