In its current arrangement this design is a 1 bedroom / 2 bathroom layout, but the “Library” could easily be used as a bedroom, which is why we are calling this design a 2 bed/2 bath plan. The design includes separated Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen areas, which is an older style that is starting to return to fashion. The plan also includes a small front covered porch. Plan #1124-S1-3224 has a living area of 1124 sq. ft.
