It is one of our older plans (you can see that it was drawn by hand) but it still has some characteristics that people still like today. Designed to fit on a narrow lot, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house also has a two car garage and screen porch. While the galley style kitchen may be “old school” you could easily open up the floor plan by removing the wall between the living room and kitchen.
