While technically this “Garage with Living Area” could be considered just a standard house with an attached garage, this design was originally meant as a a workshop that had some included heated and cooled living area. The design features a large garage/shop area along with a 35′ deep covered carport. The living area is simple with what could be considered one bedroom, a bathroom, laundry, kitchen, and living area.
